“My primary focus is to guide our clients through the bankruptcy process, which is complex,” says Buchanan. “What distinguishes our firm from others is the relationship with our clients. We strive to provide sound and practical legal advice while staying up-to-date with new legislation, procedures and rules governing bankruptcy law. I am confident the experience of our firm will restore the financial health of those we represent. A Pittsburgh native, Ms. Buchanan has served as a legal extern to Judge Lawrence O’Toole of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas and as an associate attorney at Macey & Aleman — the nation’s largest bankruptcy filer. A Magna cum Laude graduate of West Virginia University, Ms. Buchanan was honored with the Presidential Award for Excellence in Scholarship. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Buchanan has volunteered as law clerk for the Women’s Center and Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh.
