Matthew Herron is The Debt Doctors' Managing Attorney and the only consumer bankruptcy attorney in Pennsylvania named to the 2008 and 2010 PA Super Lawyers List of Rising Stars. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and Washington & Jefferson College, Herron's practice revolves around helping clients through their financial hardships. During his career, Herron has represented thousands of people, litigating Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases on their behalf. A western Pennsylvania native, Herron resides in the Squirrel Hill section of Pittsburgh.

Heather G. Seitz

As paralegal, Ms. Seitz works directly with our clients, creditors and court administrators. "The process of regaining one's financial freedom may seem insurmountable at first," said Ms. Seitz. "It is rewarding to help our clients navigate through the process, making sure they are prepared, keeping the lines of communication open and being responsive to any questions or concerns they may have." A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Ms. Seitz served as a research assistant to the Dean and was a member of the Kappa Delta National Honors Society. The Pittsburgh native enjoys the region's cultural attractions and, as a sports enthusiast, spends her leisure time skiing or on the sidelines at Penn State home football games.
